# Find any call in Call history

> Search, filter and open every call your team made, then turn the results into a new dial list or a download.

Every call you make in Salesfinity lands in **Call history**, with its outcome, recording and score.
Use it to find a call fast, fix a missing outcome, or rebuild a list from the calls that matter.

<Note>
  Call history is available on every plan. Open **Analytics** in the left sidebar, then pick the
  **Call history** tab.
</Note>

## What each row shows

Each row is one call. You see who you called (**Full name**, **Title**, **Company**), the **To** and
**From** numbers, the **Direction**, the **User** who made the call, and the **Date & time**.

You also see the call's **Disposition**, its **Duration**, its **Score** if it was scored, and its
**Sync status**. Sync status tells you whether the call reached your CRM.

<Tip>
  **Duration** is the whole call. The recording can be a little shorter, because recording starts
  just after the call connects.
</Tip>

## Find a call

<Steps>
  <Step title="Pick a date range">
    Use the date picker at the top of the table to narrow the list.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Search or filter">
    Type a name in **Search**, or add filters. You can filter by **Disposition**, **Users**,
    **Call status**, **Call direction**, **Contact list**, **Source**, **Caller Numbers** and
    **Call duration**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Keep only calls with extras">
    Turn on **Call Recording** to see only recorded calls, or **Call Scoring** to see only scored
    calls.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the call">
    Click a row. The **Call details** panel opens on the right with the recording and these tabs:
    **Details**, **Scoring** (when the call was scored), **History**, **Transcript** and
    **Comments**.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Fix calls without an outcome

If a call ended before you logged it, it shows up as incomplete. When you have incomplete calls
from the last 30 days, a **View incomplete calls** button appears at the top of the page.

Click it, then click the pencil in the **Actions** column of a call. Pick a **Disposition**, add a
**Call note**, and save. For a call that already has an outcome, the same pencil lets you change
the disposition.

<Info>
  You can only edit your own calls. The pencil is grayed out on a teammate's call.
</Info>

## Turn calls into a list

Select calls with the checkboxes on the left. A bar appears above the table with small icon
buttons. Hover over an icon to see its name.

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="Export to dialer" icon="phone-arrow-up-right">
    Put the people from the selected calls into a new dial list, so you can call them back.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Download the list" icon="download">
    Save the selected contacts as a CSV file.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

For example, filter to the **Disposition** your team uses for "call me back", pick last week's
dates, select all, and export them to the dialer for a callback block.

## Who sees which calls

Members see their teammates' calls by default. Owners and admins can turn this off for any member
in **Settings** › **People**, in the **Team call history access** column. A member without access
sees only their own calls.
