# Coach your team in Salesfinity

> Everything an SDR manager needs in one place: live help on calls, a playbook that stays current, a scorecard on every call, and practice before the next one.

This part of the docs is for SDR managers and team leads. You can't sit in on every call, and a
call review the next day comes after the meeting is already lost. These tools put your coaching
where the rep is: before the call, during it and right after.

## The coaching loop

| When | What happens | Guide |
| - | - | - |
| **Before the call** | Reps practice out loud against simulated prospects, and you review the recordings. | [AI Training](/coaching/ai-training) |
| **During the call** | The next line to say appears on screen the moment a prospect pushes back. | [Live Assist](/live-assist/overview) |
| **During the call** | Small nudges catch pace and talk-time habits while the rep can still fix them. | [Coaching tips](/coaching/talk-tips) |
| **During the call** | You listen to a live call and send the rep a private message. | [Salesfloor](/salesfloor/listen-in) |
| **After the call** | Every answered call gets a scorecard, graded on what good sounds like on your team. | [Call scoring](/calls/call-scoring) |
| **All the time** | Your best answers are written once and used everywhere, and Ari keeps them current from real calls. | [Battle cards](/coaching/battle-cards) |

## Set it up in this order

Each step works on its own, and each one makes the next more useful.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Tell Salesfinity what a good call sounds like">
    Pick a scoring method and say what matters most on your team. Most teams finish in about ten
    minutes. See [Set up your own call scoring](/coaching/custom-call-scoring).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Write your battle cards">
    One card for each objection your reps hear every day. If your plan includes Ari, it can write
    the first set from your past calls. See [Set up battle cards](/coaching/battle-cards).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Put the answers on screen during calls">
    Ask your CSM to turn on Live Assist, then add its card to your team's layout. See
    [Get help on live calls with Live Assist](/live-assist/overview).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Give reps somewhere to practice">
    Turn the objection your team loses to most into a drill. See
    [Build a practice routine with AI Training](/coaching/ai-training-playbook).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Let the playbook update itself">
    Have Ari review calls on a schedule and keep your battle cards current. See
    [Set up a playbook that learns from your calls](/coaching/self-learning-battle-cards).
  </Step>
</Steps>
