## Plans

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Which plan do I need for parallel dialing?">
    Gold, Enterprise or Enterprise Plus. Those seats dial up to 5 lines at once with
    **AI Parallel Dialing**. Silver seats dial one line at a time. See
    [Choose the right plan](/account/plans).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Which plans include Ari and the Salesfloor?">
    **Ari** comes with Enterprise and Enterprise Plus seats, and Admin seats. The **Salesfloor**
    comes with Gold, Enterprise and Enterprise Plus seats, and Admin seats.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I still buy Silver?">
    Not self-serve. Teams already on Silver keep it and can manage it as usual. New teams buy Gold
    in the app, or talk to sales.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can one team have seats on different plans?">
    Yes. For example, Gold for your closers and Silver for new hires. Each plan has its own pool of
    seats on **Settings** › **People**.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Do managers who don't dial need a paid seat?">
    No. Give them an **Admin** seat. It does not use one of your paid seats. Admins can manage the
    team and billing, use Ari, join the Salesfloor and review coaching, but they cannot dial. See
    [Invite your team and assign seats](/account/seats-and-roles).
  </Accordion>
</AccordionGroup>

## Buying and changing seats

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="How do I buy seats?">
    On the **Plans** page in the app, buy from 1 to 5 Gold seats, monthly or yearly. Tick
    **+ SmartEnrich** to add monthly enrichment credits to each seat. For prices, see
    [salesfinity.ai/pricing](https://salesfinity.ai/pricing). See
    [Manage your subscription](/account/billing).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I need more than 5 seats.">
    Talk to sales. Use **Need 6+ seats? Contact sales** on the Plans page. Bigger teams, international
    dialing and custom credit amounts go through sales.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Who can buy, change or cancel our plan?">
    The team owner and anyone with an **Admin** seat. Members can see seat counts and the
    subscription status, but cannot change them.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I add seats, change plans or update our card?">
    Open **Settings** › **People** and select **Manage Subscription**. Every change happens in the
    billing portal, including canceling. Enterprise teams talk to their account team instead.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Someone left. How do I free their seat?">
    Set their **Status** to **Inactive** on **Settings** › **People**. They lose access, their seat
    is freed and their call history stays. Then invite the new hire onto the free seat.
  </Accordion>
</AccordionGroup>

## Credits

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="What costs credits?">
    Only finding new phone numbers and emails. Each contact where something is found uses 1 credit.
    A lookup that finds nothing is free. Dialing, recording, AI call summaries and building a list
    with Ari cost no credits. See [Track your credits and AI usage](/account/credits).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can Salesfinity spend my credits without asking?">
    No. The SmartEnrich dialog shows how many credits a run can use before you start it, and Ari
    asks for approval before any lookup.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I get more credits?">
    In the SmartEnrich dialog, select **Contact sales to get more credits**. Enterprise teams can
    also ask their account team.
  </Accordion>
</AccordionGroup>

## Payments

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="What happens if a payment fails?">
    Your seat card shows **past due** and the charge is retried. Your team keeps working for 2 days.
    Update your card in **Manage Subscription** to avoid any break.

    If the 2 days run out, the team is **suspended** until the payment goes through. The owner or an
    admin can fix it from the billing portal. See [Manage your subscription](/account/billing).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="If our subscription ends, do we lose our data?">
    No. Your team, contacts and call history stay. Pick a plan again to get back in.
  </Accordion>
