# Get help from the Salesfinity team

> Chat with support from inside the app, email us, or search the help center, and send the details that get you a fix on the first reply.

Reach a person on the Salesfinity team in a few clicks, without leaving the app.
The more we know about what you saw, the faster we can fix it, so this page also lists what to send.

## Send the details that matter

A good first message saves a round of questions. Include as much of this as you can:

<Steps>
  <Step title="What you were doing">
    The page you were on and the last thing you clicked. For example: "Dialer, clicked
    **Start dialing** on my Q4 list."
  </Step>

  <Step title="What you saw">
    The exact message, copied word for word, or a screenshot of your own screen.
  </Step>

  <Step title="When it happened">
    The date, the time and your time zone. This is how we find the request in our logs.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Who and what it affected">
    The contact, list, call or sequence involved, and whether it happens to one rep or the whole
    team.
  </Step>
</Steps>

For some problems, one extra detail helps a lot:

| Problem | Also send |
| - | - |
| A call did not reach your CRM | The CRM, and the sync message on that call in **Analytics** › **Call history** |
| The Chrome extension | The extension version, shown at the bottom of the panel's **Settings** |
| Ari did something unexpected | What you asked Ari, pasted as you typed it |
| Billing | Whether your team pays by card in the app or through a contract |

<Warning>
  Never send passwords, API keys or full card numbers to support. We will never ask for them.
</Warning>

## Try these first

Most questions already have a short answer. These take less time than writing to us:

* [Answers by topic](/help/overview) for dialing, the Salesfloor, Ari, the Sequencer,
  integrations and billing.
* [Fix integration problems](/integrations/troubleshooting) when a CRM asks you to reconnect or a
  call did not sync.
* [Fix Salesfinity Anywhere problems](/anywhere/troubleshooting) for the Chrome extension.

## Enterprise teams

Enterprise and Enterprise Plus teams also have an account team. Talk to them about seats,
credits, contracts and early access to new features, such as the
[Sequencer](/sequencer/overview).
