# Answers about the Salesfloor

> Quick answers on who can join the Salesfloor, how listening in works, and what your teammates can and cannot hear.

Know exactly how the Salesfloor works before your first team call block.
Most questions are about privacy: who hears what, and when. The short answer is that nobody hears
your call unless they choose to listen in, and nobody on the floor can ever talk into it.

## Access

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Who can use the Salesfloor?">
    Anyone with a Gold, Enterprise or Enterprise+ seat, and admins. If you have access, you see
    **Salesfloor** in the left sidebar. Silver seats do not include it. See
    [Choose the right plan](/account/plans).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Do I have to stay on the Salesfloor page while I dial?">
    No. Join a floor, then open the **Dialer**. You stay on the floor while you move around the
    app. A small floating window keeps your room, chat and microphone within reach.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can my whole team see every floor?">
    Yes. Everyone on your team sees every floor. Use rooms for smaller groups: start in the
    **Lobby**, or open a **New Room** for a quick huddle.
  </Accordion>
</AccordionGroup>

## Listening in and privacy

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Can my teammates hear my calls?">
    Only if they choose to listen in. When you connect with a prospect, you move to a private
    **On call** room by yourself. People in the room you left do not hear the call.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can the prospect or the rep hear the person listening in?">
    No. Listening is one-way. The listener hears both sides of the call, but the rep and the
    prospect never hear them. There is no whisper or barge-in.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I coach a rep during a call, then?">
    Send a private chat message. Hover over the rep's bubble and click the chat button. Keep it
    short, like "Ask about their timeline", because they will only glance at it. You can also read
    the live transcript from the same row of buttons.

    See [Listen in on live calls](/salesfloor/listen-in).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What is Auto Listen?">
    **Auto Listen** puts you on the next call that connects, so you don't have to watch the floor.
    Choose **Any live connect** or **Specific users**. It picks up one call at a time and stays
    quiet while you are on a call yourself.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Does my bubble show when I am listening?">
    Yes. Your bubble shows **LISTENING** so the floor knows you are tuned in.
  </Accordion>
</AccordionGroup>

## Stats

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Where do I see how much time reps spend on the floor?">
    The **Salesfloor Performance** table in **Analytics** shows sessions, floor time and how many
    dials each rep made on the floor.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I review a call after it ends?">
    Yes. Open the call in **Analytics** › **Call history** to play the recording and read the
    transcript, as long as the call was recorded. See
    [Review recordings and transcripts](/calls/recordings-and-transcripts).
  </Accordion>
