  const labels = {
    "early-access": "Early access",
    "coming-soon": "Coming soon",

Get quick answers about sequences before you add your first prospects.
Most of what people worry about, like emailing someone who already said yes, is handled for you.

<Status kind="early-access" /> The Sequencer is in early access. It is available on Enterprise,
Enterprise+ and Admin seats, for teams in the early access program.

## Access

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Why don't I see the Sequencer?">
    Your team is not in the early access program yet, or your seat is not Enterprise, Enterprise+
    or Admin. Ask your account manager to add your team. The Sequencer is turned on team by team,
    so you may not see it yet even on an Enterprise plan.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What can a sequence do?">
    Send emails on a schedule, put calls on your dial list, and remind you about to-dos, in the
    order you set. Emails go out from your team's connected mailboxes, and every step can wait a
    set time before it runs. See [Run outreach with sequences](/sequencer/overview).
  </Accordion>
</AccordionGroup>

## Mailboxes and sending

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Which mailboxes can I send from?">
    Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or any mailbox that supports SMTP. Connect them in
    **Sequencer** › **Settings** › **Mailboxes**. Reps can connect their own inbox, unless an admin
    turns off **Let reps connect their own mailbox**. See [Connect a mailbox](/sequencer/mailboxes).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Where do replies go?">
    Replies come back to the mailbox that sent the email, and land in Salesfinity's **Inbox**, where
    you can read and answer them.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="My emails are not sending. What do I check?">
    Start with the mailbox: is it connected and able to send? Then check the sequence is turned on
    and the person is still active in it. [Fix Sequencer problems](/sequencer/troubleshooting)
    goes through each cause in order.
  </Accordion>
</AccordionGroup>

## Replies, meetings and unsubscribes

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="What happens when someone replies?">
    Replies are read and sorted, for example interested, meeting request, not interested or out of
    office. An interested reply or a meeting request finishes that person's sequence. You can change
    this per sequence to pause or keep going instead.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Will other people at the same company keep getting emails after a meeting is booked?">
    No. A *meeting set* call or a meeting request stops outreach to everyone else at that company,
    across every sequence on your team.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What if someone unsubscribes?">
    An unsubscribe click, an unsubscribe reply, a bounce, or a *do not call again* call adds the
    person to the do-not-contact list. No sequence reaches them again.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What about out-of-office replies?">
    The sequence pauses until the return date in the reply, or for 7 days if there is no date.
  </Accordion>
</AccordionGroup>

## Calls and tasks

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Do call steps go into my dialer?">
    Yes. Call steps show up in **Sequencer** › **Tasks** and on your dial list, so you can work them
    with the parallel dialer. The outcome you log counts toward what happens next in the sequence.
    See [Work your tasks](/sequencer/tasks).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I add people from my CRM?">
    Yes. Add people from a HubSpot list, a Salesforce report, a dial list, a CSV or pasted emails.
    A preview shows who goes in and who is skipped, and why, before anything starts. See
    [Enroll people](/sequencer/enrolling-people).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I manage sequences through the API?">
    Yes. See the [Sequencer API quickstart](/sequencer/api-quickstart).
  </Accordion>
