Make Salesfinity look and behave like your team in a few minutes. Locking key dialer settings means every rep calls the way you coach, without checking each laptop.
Only the team owner or someone with an Admin seat can change these settings. Members can see them but not switch them.
Open Settings › Team. Under Team details, set your team name and upload a logo. Your team name shows to everyone you invite.

Turn on team notifications

Under Notifications on the Team tab: Each rep can also choose how calls reach them, under Settings › Account: Accept Inbound Calls in App and Forwarding Phone Number.

Set dialer rules for each rep

Dialer rules lock a setting so a rep cannot change it. Leave a rule alone and the rep decides.
1

Open Settings › People

Each dialer rule is a column in the members table.
2

Pick a value for one rep

Select the cell in the rep’s row and choose a value. Member decides means the rule is not locked.
3

Or set it for everyone at once

Use the menu in the column header. It sets that rule for all members listed, so search first if you only want to change some.
The rules you can lock:
A rule only matters if the rep’s plan includes the feature. For example, Max parallel calls does nothing for a Silver seat, which dials one line. See Choose the right plan.

Set team call history access

The Team call history access column decides if a member can see the whole team’s calls. Set it to No to show a rep only their own calls. Owners and admins always see every call.

Work across more than one team

You can belong to more than one team, and switch between them.
  • Create a team: on Settings › Team, select Create new team and give it a name.
  • Switch teams: open your profile menu and pick the team you want to work in.

Change the team owner

The Change owner button under Manage your team is not self-serve yet. To move ownership to someone else, contact support.
