This part of the docs is for SDR managers and team leads. You can’t sit in on every call, and a call review the next day comes after the meeting is already lost. These tools put your coaching where the rep is: before the call, during it and right after.

The coaching loop

Set it up in this order

Each step works on its own, and each one makes the next more useful.
1

Tell Salesfinity what a good call sounds like

Pick a scoring method and say what matters most on your team. Most teams finish in about ten minutes. See Set up your own call scoring.
2

Write your battle cards

One card for each objection your reps hear every day. If your plan includes Ari, it can write the first set from your past calls. See Set up battle cards.
3

Put the answers on screen during calls

Ask your CSM to turn on Live Assist, then add its card to your team’s layout. See Get help on live calls with Live Assist.
4

Give reps somewhere to practice

Turn the objection your team loses to most into a drill. See Build a practice routine with AI Training.
5

Let the playbook update itself

Have Ari review calls on a schedule and keep your battle cards current. See Set up a playbook that learns from your calls.
