The Salesfloor puts your whole team in one room while you dial, even when everyone works from home. Calling is more fun and more focused when you can see your teammates working the phones next to you. Each rep shows up as a round video bubble with their live dialer status. When a rep connects with a prospect, they move to a private room on their own. Anyone on the floor can then listen in or read a live transcript of that call.
The Salesfloor is available on the Gold, Enterprise and Enterprise+ plans, and to admins. If you have access, you see Salesfloor in the left sidebar.

What you can do on the floor

Dial side by side

Join a floor, turn on your camera, and dial from the Dialer page. Your bubble shows DIALING, ON CALL, PAUSED or LOGGING as you work.

Talk in rooms

Start in the Lobby with everyone, or open a New Room for a quick huddle with one or two teammates.

Share your screen

Walk the team through a list, a script or a win. Shared screens fill the main view for everyone in your room.

Chat and react

Send a message to the whole floor or to one person. Drop a 🎉 or 👏 when someone books a meeting.

Listen in on live calls

Hear any connected call on the floor and follow the live transcript. Managers can turn on Auto Listen to hear the next call that connects.

See floor time in Analytics

The Salesfloor Performance table shows sessions, floor time and how many dials each rep made on the floor.

How a call works on the floor

1

You dial with the floor open

Join a floor, then open the Dialer. You stay on the floor while you move around the app. A small floating window keeps your room, chat and mic within reach.
2

You connect with a prospect

You move to a private On call room by yourself. Your teammates see ON CALL on your bubble. Nobody hears the call unless they choose to listen in.
3

Teammates can listen and read along

Anyone on the floor can hover over your bubble to listen to the call, read the live transcript, send you a private message, or open the prospect’s details.
4

You go back to your room

When the call ends and you log it, you return to the room you were in before. Your bubble’s call count goes up by one.
Listening is one-way. People who listen in hear the call, but the rep and the prospect do not hear them. There is no whisper or barge-in.
