The Leaderboard in AI Coaching ranks your team one skill at a time, on real calls only. It doesn’t count dials or talk time. It shows who handles objections best, who asks the best questions and who asks for the meeting, and it lets you hear how they do it.
Everyone on the team sees the Leaderboard, unless an owner or admin turns off Show the leaderboard to reps on Coaching › Scoring. Owners and admins always see it.

Pick what to rank

Open Coaching › Leaderboard. It opens on your focus skill from My coaching, or on Overall when you don’t have one. Each row shows the rank, the rep with how long they’ve been on the team and how many calls were scored, their number, and how far it is from the team average. The top 3 get orange badges. Your own row reads You and is highlighted, and the line above the table says where you stand, such as “You’re #6 of 8”.

The rules that keep it fair

  • Real calls only. Practice calls never count.
  • Enough calls. A rep needs 20 scored real calls in the period to be ranked, this week included. A skill or behavior also needs 5 calls that show it.
  • A real table. The table starts once 3 reps are ranked.
  • Ties share a rank. The rep with more scored calls is listed first.
  • The same rules for everyone. Owners and admins who make enough calls are ranked like anyone else.
Reps see the top 10 and their own spot. Owners and admins see every row, and a Not ranked yet list of the reps who need more calls.

Hear their best call

The top 3 rows have a Best call button. It plays a short clip of the rep’s highest-scoring recorded real call for what you’re ranking, from 5 seconds before the key moment to 15 seconds after, with the transcript and a note on why it worked. Owners and admins can also play the whole call. Reps can hear the best calls of the top 3, and their own.

Learn from the best at this

Next to the table, Learn from the best at this shows the top 3 for what you’re ranking, with one line about what each does, such as “Asks a question right after every objection, 9 of 10 times.” AI writes the line from their numbers. Each card has Hear their best call and Ask to listen in. Most improved this month shows up to 3 reps whose overall score rose the most, comparing the last 14 days with the 14 before. New reps can win here from week one.

Ask to listen in

Ask a top rep if you can listen to 15 minutes of their next calling session, muted. It’s a request: they can say no.
1

Ask

On a Learn from the best at this card for someone else, click Ask to listen in, then Send.
2

Wait for their answer

They get your request in the app, and by Slack or email, and answer Sure or Not this week. You hear back either way. If they can’t this week, you can hear their best call instead.
3

Listen when they start dialing

The next time they start a session in the Dialer, you get “Maya is dialing now. Listen in for 15 minutes.” Click Listen in.
4

Join the Salesfloor

Click Join the Salesfloor and listen. You stay muted and hear only their calls. A banner shows the time you have left.
If they aren’t on the Salesfloor yet, the page shows their best calls this month, and a join button appears as soon as they are. Your 15 minutes start when you open the Salesfloor.
On the Salesfloor you can also listen to any live call on your floor, without asking. See Listen in on live calls. Ask to listen in is for learning from a top rep, and they choose whether to say yes.

Good to know

You need 20 scored real calls in the period, and 5 that show the skill you’re looking at. The line above the table tells you how many you have.
An owner or admin turned off Show the leaderboard to reps on Coaching › Scoring.
Their best call has no recording, or no clear moment for that skill.
A rep’s numbers update each time one of their real calls is scored, and a catch-up runs every night.
Not directly. Practice never counts on the Leaderboard. Using what you practiced on real calls does.
