Live Assist will put one short thing to say in front of you the moment a prospect pushes back or leans in. You get help during the call, not in a review the next day.
Live Assist is not available yet. It is still being tested, so nothing on this page is in the product today, and details may change before it ships. There is no date to share yet.

What it is designed to do

Live Assist is planned as a card in the dialer that listens to both sides of a connected call. Here is what it is designed to show you while you talk.

A live transcript

Your words and the prospect’s words appear as you speak, labeled You and Prospect.

One line to say

When the prospect raises an objection, names a competitor, asks a question or shows a buying signal, you see one short line to say and a follow-up question.

Talk tips

Small nudges such as Slow down or Let them talk when you talk too long or too fast.

A must-do checklist

Your team’s must-dos tick off as you do them, with a reminder if the prospect starts to wrap up first.

Where the words come from

Live Assist is designed to use your team’s own playbook first, and to show where each line came from. It checks these sources in order:
1

Your team plays

Talk tracks your manager writes: “When the prospect says this, suggest saying that.”
2

Your battle cards

The battle cards your team already keeps in Salesfinity.
3

Your call framework

The steps of a good call and the outcomes your team works toward.
4

General guidance

A plain, safe answer when nothing above fits. The line is labeled so you know it is not from your playbook.
It is also designed not to make things up. A line that quotes a number or a result that is not in your own material or the call is dropped before you see it.

How a call is planned to work

1

The call connects

When a person answers a recorded call, the Live Assist card starts listening and shows a live timer.
2

The prospect raises something

As the prospect finishes speaking, a short line appears under the call bar. The edges of the screen can light up so you don’t miss it.
3

You answer in your own words

Once you start talking, the line calms down and tucks itself into the card. Press Esc to hide it sooner.
4

The call ends

The card turns into a short recap: how long the call ran, your talk ratio, the tips you got, what came up, and which must-dos you covered.

What managers will control

Owners and admins are planned to set Live Assist up for the whole team in Settings, next to call scoring. The plan includes:
  • How lines appear on screen: with the glow, as a line only, or only inside the card.
  • Which tips show, and how often.
  • What to help with: objections, competitors, questions, buying signals.
  • How long a suggested line can be.
  • Your own team plays, call framework and must-do checklist.

Good to know

It is designed to run only on recorded calls where a person answers. Calls you don’t record will not get Live Assist.
Not yet. Live Assist is still being tested and is not in the product. This page will change to a how-to guide when it ships.
Recordings, transcripts, scorecards and AI follow-ups are all live now. Start with Find any call in Call history.
