Salesfinity scores your answered calls for you, so every rep gets feedback on every real conversation. Managers set what good looks like once, and every scorecard follows it.
Call scoring is available on every plan. Owners and admins choose how calls are scored in Settings › Coaching.

How a call gets scored

You don’t need to press anything. After you log a call, Salesfinity scores it in the background when all of these are true:
You logged it with an answered outcome, such as meeting set, not interested or call back later.
The call was recorded, so there is a transcript to read.
It is longer than your team’s minimum. The default is 1 minute.
A person answered, not a machine. Your team can turn this rule off.
The scorer reads the transcript and grades each area of the call against your team’s rubric. It only scores what it can find in the transcript, and explains each grade in a sentence or two.
Record Both sides of your calls. A transcript with only your side can’t show how you handled the prospect. See Review recordings and transcripts.

Read a scorecard

Open Analytics and pick the Scorecards tab to see every scored call. Each row shows the Score out of 100, the score for each area, any Objections Detected, the Duration and the Date & time. Click a call to open its scorecard. You see:
  • Overview with the Total Score, the Gaps to work on, and an Analysis of the call.
  • A card for each area, with the facts behind the grade. For example, whether you used a permission opener, how many open questions you asked, and whether you offered a specific time.
  • Call stats such as Talk Ratio, Questions and Pitch duration.
You can also open the Scoring tab on any scored call in Call history.
Owners and admins see a Re-score button on each scorecard. It scores the call again with your team’s current rubric. Use it after you change how calls are scored.

Set your team’s rubric

Owners and admins can change how every call is graded. The rubric applies to the whole team.
1

Open the Coaching settings

Go to Settings › Coaching. The Call scoring card shows your current rubric and its version. Click Change.
2

1. Start from a method

Pick Salesfinity standard, Sandler-style or Challenger-style. Or pick Your own method to keep what you have and edit it.
3

2. Describe how your team sells

Write a few sentences the way you would brief a new rep. The scorer reads this before it grades every call.
4

3. Choose what matters on a call

Set each area to Critical, Important, Nice to have or Don’t score. The areas are Opening, Discovery, Pitch, Tone & pace, Objection handling and Booking the next step. Open an area to describe what great sounds like on your team. To set exact weights, click Set exact percentages instead. They must add up to 100.
5

4. Add must-do checks (optional)

List things every rep should do on every call, such as “Asked what dialer they use today.” Each one is graded as done, partly done or not done.
6

5. Pick which calls get scored

Turn Score calls automatically on or off, set the minimum call length, and choose whether to score only calls where a person answered.
7

6. Try it on a real call (optional)

Click Score a past call with this method. You see the new score next to the old one. Nothing is saved.
8

Save

Click Save scoring method. New calls use the new rubric right away.
Every save creates a new rubric version. Click History on the Call scoring card to see who changed what and when. Click Test on a call to check the current rubric on any past call.

Share a scorecard

Use the share button on a scorecard to create a link. Anyone with the link can view that scorecard without signing in. You can revoke the link at any time, and a revoked link never works again.
