The Salesfinity dialer works through your call list for you. It rings several people at once, skips voicemail and busy lines, and puts you on the call the moment a real person says hello. That means less time listening to rings and more time in real conversations. You pick the list, press Start dialing, and talk. See it in action.

How a calling session works

1

Pick a list

Open Dialer and choose a contact list from your CRM or a CSV you uploaded. The header shows how many contacts are Ready to dial.
2

Start dialing

Click Start dialing, run the quick Audio Check for your microphone and speaker, and the session starts.
3

Talk to whoever answers

Salesfinity rings several contacts at once. When a person answers, you are connected, and the other lines hang up.
4

Log the call and keep going

Pick a disposition, add a note, and click Log call and continue. Calls that nobody answered are logged for you.
When you click End Session, a Session recap shows your dials, connects, conversations and meetings for that session.
