Salesfinity Anywhere puts your Salesfinity dialer in a side panel next to the page you are on. You stop copying numbers between tabs, and every call you log still lands in your Salesfinity call history. It is a Chrome extension. In the Chrome Web Store it is listed simply as Salesfinity.

What you can do

Click a phone link, right-click a selected number, or type one into the panel.

How it works

Install the extension and sign in

Add Salesfinity from the Chrome Web Store, then sign in to Salesfinity in a normal tab. The panel picks up your session on its own. Install it now.

Open the panel

Click the Salesfinity icon in the Chrome toolbar, or press Alt+Shift+D (Option+Shift+D on a Mac). The panel opens on the right side of the window.

Call

On a CRM record, the panel shows that person and their numbers. On any other page, it shows Call anyone: a single box for a name, an email or a phone number.

Log it

When the call ends, pick a Disposition, add Notes if you like, and click Save call.
Calls keep running if you close the panel. You can move around your CRM mid-conversation and reopen the panel to hang up or mute.

Who can use it

Anyone with a Salesfinity account can use Salesfinity Anywhere. The extension adds no plan limits of its own. It uses your Salesfinity caller IDs, so you need at least one number assigned to you.
Email and Sequence use the Salesfinity Sequencer, which is in early access . If your team does not have it yet, calling and call logging still work.

What it does not do

  • It does not run parallel dialing. The panel dials one number at a time. Use the Salesfinity web app for parallel sessions.
  • It does not change your caller ID rules. Calls go out from the Salesfinity numbers assigned to you.
  • It does not read the pages you visit. On sites other than your CRM and LinkedIn, it only reacts when you click a phone link or right-click a number.
