Set your dialer up once and every session runs the way you like. Admins can also set rules for each rep, such as mandatory call recording or a cap on parallel lines. Your preferences are saved to your account, so they follow you to any computer. Your microphone, speaker and outbound number stay on the device you set them on.

Open your preferences

In Dialer, click Preferences. The Dialer Preferences window has a card for each area. Change what you need and click Save. Reset to defaults puts every setting back to Salesfinity’s defaults and keeps your outbound number, audio devices and chosen voicemail. If a setting is greyed out, hover it. Set by your admin means your admin locked it. “This feature is not available in your plan” means your seat’s plan doesn’t include it.

Every preference

Lists from ActiveCampaign also show Auto Advance Deal Stage, which completes the task in ActiveCampaign when you log a call.
Recording laws differ by country and state. Some places require everyone on a call to agree to be recorded. Check what applies to you before you record, or record One Side (SDR) only.

Admins: set rules for your team

Admins and team owners can lock dialer settings for each rep. A locked setting can’t be changed in that rep’s Preferences.
1

Open the members table

Go to Settings › People. Each dialer rule has its own column in the members table.
2

Set a rule for one rep

Click the cell for that rep and pick a value. Member decides leaves it up to the rep.
3

Or set it for everyone

Open the column’s menu and choose Set for all members listed.
Rules can’t give a rep more than their plan allows. A Silver seat stays at one line even if you set Max parallel calls to 5.
