Ari is enabled per team. Team admins manage its name, voice, Slack connection and permissions
under Settings › Ari. Each rep sees their own Ari page in the app with a feed of what it has
done for them.
Where Ari works
What Ari does on its own, and what it asks about
Every tool Ari can use belongs to an action class. The team’s action policy says, per class, whether Ari may act on its own, must ask, or is blocked. Out of the box:
Paid enrichment and deletes can never be set to run on their own. See
Approvals and permissions.
How a day with Ari goes
1
Morning heartbeat
At the times the admin set, Ari checks each rep’s state: follow-ups due and overdue, calls since
it last looked, approvals and questions waiting, open proposals. If there is nothing to say it
says nothing. If there is, it posts one short note in Slack with the items that need the rep.
2
Ad hoc asks
“Build me a list of 50 VPs of Sales at Series B fintechs and find their emails.” Ari plans,
runs the free parts, and asks before the paid lookups and before anyone is enrolled.
3
Standing responsibilities
“Every Monday, tell me which of my accounts went quiet.” “When a call is logged as meeting set,
create the deal and update the contact.” Ari runs these on the trigger or the cadence and
reports in the thread or DM you chose.
4
Proposals
When Ari notices a pattern (the same overdue follow-ups every week, a list you rebuild by hand),
it proposes to own that job. Accepting turns it into a responsibility. Dismissing it means it
will not propose the same thing again.
