The summary line
Under Ari’s name, one line sums up the last 7 days: how many runs are done, how many are waiting on a set time, and how many approvals and questions are waiting on you.The Activity tab
Activity lists the newest items first:
A run’s status is one of: Running, Waiting, Needs approval, Has a question, Done, Failed or Stopped.
Approvals and questions leave the list once you decide them. You can decide them here or in Slack,
and both stay in sync.
Chats you start with Ari don’t show up as runs. Find them under History in the Ari panel.

Check-ins (admins)
Ari can check in with every rep at set times of day and tell them what needs attention.1
Turn on check-ins
Open Settings › Ari and find Check-ins. Pick the times and a time zone, then click
Save. Check-ins are off until an admin turns them on.

Ari takes a quick look
At each time, Ari counts what’s waiting for each rep: follow-ups due today or overdue, calls
since the last check-in, approvals and questions, and open offers.

Ari speaks up only when it matters
If there’s nothing, Ari stays quiet. If there’s something, it sends one short note: to the
rep’s Slack DM when Slack is connected, or as a chat in the rep’s Ari history.
What Ari’s work costs
Most of what Ari does costs no credits. Phone and email lookups are the exception.
Ari’s own work counts toward each person’s monthly Ari limits, which reset every month. See

Name and voice (admins)
Under Settings › Ari, in Identity, an admin can rename Ari (up to 40 characters) and add Voice & tone notes (up to 2,000 characters), like “Brief and direct. No emoji.” Every place Ari works uses the same name and voice.Next steps
