The Ari page in the app is where a rep sees what their employee has been doing and what it needs from them. Team admins additionally see spend.

The feed

The feed lists, newest first, four kinds of item: Items that need you are pinned at the top. Approvals and questions can be decided here or in Slack; the two stay in sync.

The work log

The work log is the audit trail: every action Ari took on your behalf, in order, with the tool, the records touched, the outcome, and the approval (if there was one) that allowed it. Filter by day, by kind (CRM write, send, enrichment, sequence change) and by responsibility. Managers can view the work log for their team. It is the first place to look when someone asks “who changed this record?” or “why did this person get enrolled?”.

The heartbeat

The heartbeat is Ari’s daily check-in. An admin sets the times of day and the timezone under Settings › Ari › Heartbeat; each rep gets their own heartbeat at those times. At each tick Ari first runs a free pre-check that counts:
  • follow-ups due today and overdue
  • calls logged since the last tick
  • approvals and questions waiting
  • open proposals
If every count is zero, nothing happens and nothing is spent. If something is there, Ari runs once, reads the details, and posts one short note to the rep with what needs them. The heartbeat is off until an admin turns it on.

Credits

Ari’s model usage is metered in credits, the same credits the Companion uses. Spend is shown at team level only, to admins, as a total for the last 30 days, a breakdown by feature (Slack, responsibilities, heartbeat, Companion chat, enrichment) and a daily chart. It is never shown per action or per rep, and never as tokens. Paid enrichment (email and mobile lookups) is charged from the same credit balance and is always approved in advance with the count and the cost on the card. See the enrichment guide for pricing.

Name and voice

Under Settings › Ari an admin can rename the employee (the default is Ari, from the Greek prefix meaning “the best”) and add persona notes such as “brief, no emoji, British spelling”. Every surface reads the same name and voice, so it is one colleague everywhere.
