Ari uses the same tools a rep would, through the integrations your team has connected. What it can reach depends on those connections: a team with HubSpot and Gmail connected gets a different Ari from a team with Salesforce and Outlook. Ask Ari “what can you reach?” for its own list.

Lists and research

  • Build an account list from a description (“Series B fintechs in the US with 50 to 200 staff hiring SDRs”) or from a signal (job changes, funding, hiring, technologies in use).
  • Find the people at those accounts who match a persona, with titles, seniority and location filters.
  • Score accounts and people against your team’s scoring profiles.
  • Research a single account or person before a call: recent news, what they sell, who they hired, what your CRM already knows.
  • Load an existing CRM list, report or view into a table and work on it.
Lists live as tables in the app. Ari can add columns, fill them, dedupe against your CRM and suppression list, and export to CSV.

Enrichment

  • Fill missing emails and mobile numbers for people in a table or for one person.
  • Verify existing emails.
  • Fill company fields (website, headcount, industry, location) when they are blank.
Free fields fill on their own. Paid lookups always ask first with the count and the credit cost. See the enrichment guide for how credits work.

CRM upkeep

  • Create or update contacts, companies and deals from a list, a call, or a conversation.
  • Log call outcomes, notes and next steps.
  • Set owners, stages and custom fields.
  • Find and flag duplicates, stale owners, contacts with no activity.
CRM writes ask for approval by default. An admin can set them to run on their own; see Approvals and permissions. Ari matches to existing records before creating new ones and reports what it matched and what it would create.

Outreach

  • Draft cold emails, follow-ups and replies in the rep’s voice, using the team’s skills and the account research it just did.
  • Draft a reply to a classified sequencer reply (“interested, asked for pricing”) for the rep to send.
  • Enroll a list into a sequence, through the same preview and rules of engagement as any other enrollment, after approval.
  • Pause, finish or move people between sequences on request.
Ari does not send email itself. A draft becomes a sent email only when the rep sends it, or when the sequencer sends it as the rep under the team’s rules.

Calls and follow-through

  • After a call is logged, summarise it, log it to the CRM, and create the follow-up task.
  • Chase overdue follow-ups: each morning, list the ones due and overdue, with a suggested next step.
  • Draft the post-call email from the transcript.
  • Prepare a call brief before a dial session: who you are calling, what happened last time, what to say.

Monitoring

A responsibility can watch something and report when it changes: See Responsibilities and routines.

Reporting

  • Weekly or daily summaries of a rep’s activity, pipeline changes, or a list’s progress.
  • Manager views: which reps are behind on follow-ups, which sequences are underperforming, where credits went.
  • Any of the above as a canvas in Slack or a table in the app.

What Ari will not do

  • Contact a prospect directly on any channel.
  • Spend credits, delete records or send anything without an approval, whatever the policy says for paid enrichment and deletes.
  • Read Slack channels it has not been added to, or mailboxes that are not connected.
  • Act for a Slack user it cannot link to a teammate.
