chat or on the Activity tab, decide it, and Ari carries on.

Open the run. The change is either waiting for approval, was rejected, or your CRM refused it,
for example because of a missing required field. The run shows your CRM’s error message.

Sending waits for an approval card that shows the recipient, subject and email. Look for the
card in the chat or on the Activity tab. Ari sends only from an inbox you’ve connected.

Not every contact has a number or an email we can find. The run shows what was found and what
wasn’t. You only spend credits on contacts where something was found.

it. If this keeps happening, tell your account team what Ari asked about.

page you only see your own.

Check, in order: the job isn’t paused; its time zone is right (9am UTC is not 9am your time);
its last run didn’t fail (open it on the Activity tab to see the error).

Events only fire for your own records. If the job has a filter, it may be too narrow. Ask Ari to
remove the filter, wait for an event, then add conditions back one at a time.

nothing still count as runs.

The job isn’t watching anything, so it works from what you told it at the start. Ask Ari to
watch the thread, channel, record or page, so every run reads the latest.

Each person can have 10 active routines, and each standing job counts as one. Pause or remove
one first.

Ari matches people by LinkedIn URL first, then email, then name at the company. It matches
companies by website, then name. Fix the email or LinkedIn URL in your CRM and ask Ari to try
again.

Every new record waits for an approval card that shows it. Reject the card when the record
already exists, and merge any duplicate in your CRM.

Only phone and email lookups use team enrichment credits. Each one was approved on a card that
showed the count, or ran in a routine set to Auto approve. Ari doesn’t use the SmartEnrich credits in the dialer. See
