What costs credits
Salesfinity never spends credits on its own. The SmartEnrich dialog shows how many credits a run
can use before you start it, and Ari shows the count on an approval card before it looks anything
up.
Your two balances
Salesfinity keeps two separate credit balances. Which one is used depends on where you start the lookup.SmartEnrich credits
- Each seat that includes SmartEnrich gets 200 credits a month. Enterprise and Enterprise Plus seats always include it. Gold and Silver seats include it when your plan includes SmartEnrich, for example when it was bought with + SmartEnrich.
- Monthly credits are used first, then any extra credits added to your account.
- Before a run starts, Salesfinity checks your balance. If you select more contacts than you have credits for, it enriches only as many as your credits cover.
- To get more, select Contact sales to get more credits in the SmartEnrich dialog.
Team enrichment credits
- One shared balance for the whole team.
- Every paid lookup Ari runs asks for approval first, with the number of contacts on the card.
- To add credits, contact your account team.
Ari’s monthly limits
Ari’s own work, like reading your CRM or drafting a sequence, does not use enrichment credits. Instead, each person has two monthly limits on how much they use Ari:- A message limit, 500 messages a month by default.
- A usage limit on the AI work behind those messages, which also counts Ari’s routines.
