Get your CRM and Salesfinity talking to each other, and know what to check when they stop. Every integration runs the same loop: import who to call, dial them, and log each call back to the record it came from.

Connecting

Open Settings › Connections to see every integration your team can connect. They include:
  • CRMs: Salesforce (including Salesforce Sandbox), HubSpot, Attio and Pipedrive.
  • Sales engagement: Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, Amplemarket, ActiveCampaign, Lemlist and Smartlead.
  • Call recording: Gong.
You can also import contacts from a CSV file. See Connect your CRM and sales tools.
Usually, yes. A connection belongs to one Salesfinity user, and calls are logged as that user.Admins can turn on Share with team to give everyone the same field and disposition mappings. For HubSpot, Apollo and Amplemarket, reps who never connect can also use the admin’s connection. Salesforce cannot be shared yet. Gong and a few other team-level tools are connected once for the whole team.
Yes. The Salesfinity Anywhere Chrome extension adds call, email and enroll buttons to Salesforce and HubSpot records, and lets you dial any number on any web page.

Syncing calls

On the record each contact came from. That is a call engagement in HubSpot, a completed Task in Salesforce, or a call in Outreach. Open call tasks on that record are closed for you. See How a call gets back to your CRM.
Check Sync status on the call in Analytics › Call history. If a sync failed, hover the status to see why. See Find any call in Call history.
Hover the call’s Sync status badge to read the reason. Salesfinity retries a failed sync on its own, up to five times, one minute apart. Fix the cause, such as an expired connection, and the next attempt lands. Fix integration problems explains each reason.
The CRM refused to renew the connection. Common causes are a password reset, an admin removing the app, or the user being deactivated in the CRM. Reconnect in Settings › Connections. If it keeps happening, see Fix integration problems.
Calls are logged as the CRM user who connected. If a manager connected for a rep, every call is logged as the manager, so each rep should connect their own account. In HubSpot, the call task source also sets the owner on every call. See Fix integration problems.
