click Log call and continue. The next batch starts ringing.See Drop voicemails and log every call for every field.

conversations and meetings for the session.
What happens on each line
Salesfinity listens to the first moments of each call to tell a person from a machine. In Preferences, this shows as “Lightning AMD runs automatically” under AI Parallel Dialing.
Calls that never reach you are logged on their own, so you only fill in the form for real
conversations.
If a contact’s number screened one of your calls before, Salesfinity dials that number by itself
and puts you on the line from the first ring. That way you can answer the screener yourself. The
Automated Call Screener can play your intro instead.
Choose how many lines to dial
More lines mean fewer gaps between conversations. Fewer lines mean fewer people answer while you are already busy.- Before a session: set Parallel Dials per Call in Preferences. You can pick 1 to 5.
- During a session: change Lines above the call queue. The change applies after the current calls finish.
Let SmartFlow pick the lines
SmartFlow decides how many people to ring in each batch. It looks at each contact, such as whether they have a mobile number, a senior title, or notes, and their Boss Mode grade when Boss Mode is on. Contacts who are likely to answer are rung in smaller batches. Contacts who are less likely to answer are rung in bigger ones, up to five. To turn it on, open Preferences and switch on SmartFlow (Automated Multiple Number Dialing) under AI Parallel Dialing. While SmartFlow is on, the Lines setting is greyed out. SmartFlow needs AI Parallel Dialing on, and it is available on Gold, Enterprise and Enterprise+.Pause, hang up, or stop
Who gets skipped
The dialer leaves some contacts out of a session so you don’t call the wrong people:- Out of work hours. With Dial During Work Hours on, the dialer only calls people between 8 AM and 6 PM in their own time zone. It is on by default.
- Do not call. A number someone on your team logged as Answered - Do not call again is never dialed again by your team.
- Snoozed. Contacts you snoozed come back on the date you picked.
- Missing phone numbers. Contacts without a number can’t be dialed. Find their numbers first.
