The Team tab is the manager’s view of AI Coaching. In a few minutes you see which skills and objections cost your team calls, who practiced this week, and how training plans are going. One click takes you from a weak score to the calls behind it, or to the practice that fixes it.
The Team tab is for the team owner and Admin seats. Reps don’t see it. Open Coaching in your sidebar and you land on Team.
At the top, pick the range: Last 7 days, Last 30 days (the default) or Last 90 days. Assign practice opens the list of training plans, so you can pick one and choose the reps.

The tiles

Owners and admins aren’t counted on the Team tab, even if they dial.

What Ari suggests

Ari suggests shows up to three cards for the week, each one a fixed rule that fired on your team’s calls. The cards only propose: nothing reaches a rep until you act. They’re made on Monday morning, or on your first visit that week, and the section is hidden when no rule fired. Click × on a card to hide it for the rest of the week.

Skills on real calls

The heatmap has one row for each rep with a scored real call in the range. There’s a column for each skill your team scores, plus Practice this week and Trend. Colors run from under 60 to 80+. Click a column header to sort.
  • Click a score to open that rep’s calls in Call history for the same range, sorted lowest on that skill first.
  • Click a rep’s name to open their My coaching, read only.
  • Practice this week shows a red none for a rep who dialed this week but didn’t practice.
  • Trend compares the rep’s overall score with the range before. Within 1 point it reads flat.
  • Rep group filters the rows. It shows when you have saved groups of reps.
A dash in a cell means there aren’t enough calls yet: the rep needs 10 scored real calls in the range, and 5 that show that skill.

Training plans in progress

One card for each training plan with open assignments. A bar shows how many reps finished, are on track or are behind, with the soonest due date. Click a card to open the plan’s progress. See Assign training plans.

Nudge a rep

Nudge a rep from an Ari suggests card or from a training plan’s progress. The rep gets a notification in the app right away, such as “Taylor asked you to fit in a practice call today”, with today’s focus. A copy goes by Slack or email between 8 am and 6 pm their time. You can nudge each rep once a day. You can’t nudge another owner or admin.

Your Monday digest

On Monday morning, owners and admins who assigned a training plan with Monday digest to me: who practiced, who improved switched on get “Your team’s coaching this week”. The switch is on by default. The digest says:
  • who practiced last week and who didn’t
  • who improved most on real calls
  • which training plans are due this week, and who’s behind
  • new certificates
  • the top Ari suggests card
When there’s nothing to say, no digest is sent.

A weekly rhythm that works

These are suggestions built on what the product does. Change the rhythm to fit your team.
Pick one thing at a time. “Get past “Just send me an email”” is something reps can practice. “Get better at calls” isn’t.

Good to know

The rep needs 10 scored real calls in the range, and 5 of them that show the skill. A call is scored when a person answered, it lasted longer than a minute and it was recorded, unless your team changed those rules. See Score calls with your team’s rubric.
No rule fired this week. Small teams, and teams with few scored calls, may not see cards every week.
No. Ari’s cards only propose, and every practice call Ari drafts opens for you to check before any rep sees it. A training plan is assigned automatically only when you switch that on for the plan.
A rep’s numbers update each time one of their real calls is scored, and a catch-up runs every night.
Only the attempts they submit to you. You see every rep’s best score on each training plan step, and their scores on real calls.
