By the end, your team will be dialing together on one floor, with every rep’s status in view. A shared call block keeps energy up and makes it easy to celebrate wins and fix problems on the spot. Before you start: you need a Gold, Enterprise or Enterprise+ seat, or an admin seat. Use Chrome or another browser that can share your camera, mic and screen. Each rep needs a contact list ready in the Dialer.

Set up the floor

1

Create a floor

Click Salesfloor in the left sidebar. On the Join a floor page, click Create New. Add a Floor icon, give it a Floor name such as “Tuesday power hour”, and click Create.
2

Pin it so the team finds it fast

Hover over the floor card and click the pin. Pinned floors sit at the top of the list for your whole team.
3

Join and check your camera and mic

Click Join on the floor card. In Ready to join?, pick your Microphone, Speaker and Camera, then click Join. Salesfinity turns on noise cancellation for your mic.
4

Ask the team to join the same floor

Tell your reps the floor name. They open Salesfloor and click Join on that card. Each card shows who is already there.
To rename a floor or change its icon, hover over the card, open the ⋮ menu and choose Edit Floor. Delete Floor removes it for everyone.

Dial together

1

Start in the Lobby

Everyone lands in the Lobby. Use it to kick off the block: share the goal, the list and the talk track for today.
2

Open the Dialer

Each rep opens the Dialer and starts their session. You stay on the floor while you dial. A small floating window shows your room and keeps your mic, camera, chat and screen share one click away. Drag it anywhere on the screen.
3

Watch the floor work

Every bubble shows the rep’s status: DIALING, ON CALL, PAUSED or LOGGING. Between calls, the bubble shows how many calls that rep has connected this session.
4

Connect, then come back

When a rep connects, they move to a private On call room on their own. After they log the call, they return to the room they were in.

Use rooms for side conversations

Rooms let two or three people talk without pulling the whole floor in. The Other Rooms panel on the right shows every room and who is in it.
  • Start a room: click New Room. You move into a new private room.
  • Join a room: hover over a room and click the arrow.
  • Go back to the Lobby: hover over the Lobby and click the arrow, or click Join when the Lobby is empty.
You can’t switch rooms while you’re on a call. Finish and log the call first.

Share your screen

Click the share button in the bar at the bottom and pick a window, tab or screen. Everyone in your room sees it in the main view, and your bubble shows LIVE. Click the share button again to choose Share something else or Stop sharing. Good things to share during a block:
  • The list you’re working and why it was picked
  • A strong opener or objection answer that just worked
  • A quick review of a call someone just finished

Chat, react and look the part

Click the chat button on the right of the bottom bar to open Messages. The Lobby tab goes to everyone on the floor. The Personal tab is for one-to-one messages. New messages also pop up in the floating window while you’re on another page. Chat isn’t saved after you leave the floor.
Click the smiley button and pick a reaction, such as 🎉, 👏 or 👍. It plays over your bubble for everyone to see.
Click the image button to blur your background, pick one of the built-in backgrounds, or upload your own. Your choice is remembered in this browser.
Click the settings button in the bottom bar to change devices at any time.

End the block

Click the red leave button in the bottom bar to leave the floor. To see how the block went, open Analytics, go to Breakdown, and scroll to Salesfloor Performance. It lists each rep’s Sessions, Total floor time, Avg session time, Dials on floor, % Dials on floor and Avg call score for the dates you pick. Click Download to save it as a CSV. You’re done when:
  • Your team is on the same floor and can see each other’s status
  • Reps move to On call when they connect and come back after logging
  • You can find the block in Salesfloor Performance
