Your plan for today
The dark card at the top reads Your plan for today, with about how many minutes it takes and how many steps are done. Coaching builds it the first time you open Coaching each day, and it stays the same for the rest of that day.1
Hear it
Click Play the clip to hear a teammate do it on a real call. The clip comes from your
team’s Best calls when your coach picked one for this skill. Otherwise it comes from the
top rep’s best-scoring real call on the skill in the last 30 days, or another teammate’s. The
step is done once you’ve heard most of the clip.
2
Practice it
Click Start the practice call for a short AI practice call picked for today’s focus. Any
scored attempt finishes the step. You don’t have to pass. See
Practice calls and feedback.
3
Use it
Nothing to click. Ari listens for it on the real calls you make after you practiced, and the
card shows how it went, such as “You got past it on 2 of 3 calls today.”
- When no clip can be found, the plan has two steps, without Hear it.
- When a training plan due in the next 3 days has a playlist as its next step, a Listen step takes the place of Hear it.
- When your coach assigned Warm up before you dial, that day’s warm-up becomes the Practice it step.
How today’s focus is picked
Your week, next to your team
Four tiles cover Mon to today:
Under each tile, Team is the average of teammates who dialed this week, and Top is the
highest teammate. Before your first call of the week, the tiles show last week.
Where you stand on real calls
Each skill gets one row, biggest gap first. A row shows three marks: You, the Team average and the Top rep on your team, with how far you are from the top, such as “12 to top”. The gap turns orange at 20 points or more. When you’re the best on the team, the row says “top”. Click a skill to see what the top rep does that you don’t. The card shows two or three plain numbers, such as “Asks a question right after hearing it: You 3 of 10, Maya 9 of 10”, and Practice this. When there’s a clip of the top rep doing it, a button plays it.Your own numbers need 10 scored real calls in the last 30 days, and 5 of them that show the
skill. Until then you see “Not enough scored calls yet”, with how many you have. A skill your
team added as its own check shows a line from the top rep’s best call instead of numbers.
Try a lost call again
Up to three of your own calls from the last 7 days that went wrong, each with a Practice button. Ari plays the same prospect, with what they actually said. Calls you saved from the Dialer come first, marked Saved. Calls that set a meeting, and calls under 30 seconds, aren’t listed.Streaks
A flame chip in the header, such as 4-day streak, shows from 2 days. A streak counts working days, Monday to Friday, with at least one scored practice call. Any score counts. Weekends don’t count and don’t break it, and not having practiced yet today doesn’t break it either.Other cards you may see

When does my plan change?
When does my plan change?
Once a day. Coaching builds it the first time you open Coaching that day, so nothing is
waiting for you overnight. “Today” follows your computer’s time zone.
The clip says “a teammate” instead of a name. Why?
The clip says “a teammate” instead of a name. Why?
Your coach turned on Hide names for the Best calls playlist the clip comes from.
I'm the only rep on my team. What do I see?
I'm the only rep on my team. What do I see?
Your own numbers and practice calls. There is no teammate clip and no top rep to compare
with.
Can my manager see this page?
Can my manager see this page?
Yes. Owners and admins can open any rep’s My coaching from the Team tab. It opens read
only, with a line that says whose coaching they’re viewing. Your practice attempts stay private
unless you submit one.
What is the warm-up in the Dialer?
What is the warm-up in the Dialer?
A practice call of up to 3 minutes that the Dialer offers before you start a session, at most
once a day. See Warm up before you dial.
