Reassign enrollments in bulk
Hands up to 500 enrollments to another team member: the bulk form of Reassign an enrollment. The new owner gets each enrollment’s open tasks and every task its later steps create; call tasks leave the previous owner’s dial queue and go onto the new owner’s. Unlike the single-enrollment call, open tasks always move.
owner_id must be a member of the team. For each enrollment, user_id must be its current owner, the sequence’s author, the team owner or a team admin. Finished, bounced, opted-out and failed enrollments cannot be reassigned. note is recorded on each enrollment_reassigned timeline event.
The ids are processed one at a time and one failure does not stop the rest. ok and reassigned both count successes, including enrollments the new owner already held; failed lists the rest with the reason, such as Cannot reassign a finished enrollment or Cannot assign an enrollment to a user outside your team. Repeating the call is harmless. Counts toward the Sequencer writes rate limit.

Team-scoped API key generated in the Salesfinity dashboard under Settings → Connections → API & Webhooks. A missing or invalid key returns HTTP 403.
Headers
Makes this write safe to retry. Send a unique value, such as a UUID, and send the same value again when you retry the same request. A retry with the same key and the same request (method, path including the query string, and JSON body) returns the original successful response without acting twice. The same key with a different body or path returns 409, and so does a retry while the first request is still running; that one is safe to repeat after a moment. A request that fails frees its key, so a retry runs the write again: after a 5xx on a create, confirm with a GET before retrying. Keys are kept for 24 hours and are scoped to your team.
