Enrollments

Reject held enrollments in bulk

Rejects up to 500 enrollments a rule of engagement is holding for approval: the bulk form of Reject a held enrollment. Each one is finished without the contact being contacted, and the decision is recorded on the enrollment’s approval field and on its timeline (approval_rejected, then finished). The contacts can be enrolled again later, and the rules decide again when they are.

user_id must be the sequence’s author, the team owner or a team admin, and the person who enrolled a contact cannot decide on it unless they are the team owner or an admin. note is recorded on each decision.

The ids are processed one at a time and one failure does not stop the rest. ok counts rejections; failed lists each id that was not rejected, with the reason, such as This enrollment is not awaiting approval. A repeat lists the already-rejected ids under failed, so send an Idempotency-Key when you retry. Counts toward the Sequencer writes rate limit.

Makes this write safe to retry. Send a unique value, such as a UUID, and send the same value again when you retry the same request. A retry with the same key and the same request (method, path including the query string, and JSON body) returns the original successful response without acting twice.
