Ask Ari about an account a few minutes before you dial. You get one short brief from your CRM, your team’s past calls and notes, and the web. You walk in knowing who signs off, what you talked about last time, and a reason to call today. You will end up with: a one-screen brief on the account and the person you’re calling, plus a suggested opening line. If you want, the key points are saved as a note your whole team can see. Before you start: an open Ari chat. Ari is available on Enterprise and Enterprise Plus seats, and on Admin seats. Connect your CRM under Settings › Connections › Integrations so Ari can read deals and past activity. A brief only reads data, so it costs no enrichment credits.

Steps

1

Ask for the brief

Name the company, the person, and when the call is. The more specific you are, the shorter and sharper the brief. What Ari reads: the CRM record with its contacts, open deals and recent activity. Your team’s calls with the account, including summaries and transcripts. Notes your team saved on the account. Then the web, for recent news and current job posts.
2

Check what happened last time

If your team has called this account before, go one level deeper.
3

Get ready for pushback

If your team keeps battlecards in Salesfinity, Ari can pull the right one into the brief.
4

Get an opening line

Read it, then say it in your own words.
5

Save it for the team (optional)

Your team sees the note on the account the next time anyone calls.
Before you repeat a fact on the call, ask Ari where it came from: the CRM, a past call, a note or the web. A fact from the web can be out of date, so check it with the person.

Prompts to try

You’re done when

  • You can name the person, their role and what changed at the company.
  • You know what happened on your team’s last call with them.
  • You have an opening line you’d actually say.

Follow up after your calls

Turn the conversation into a follow-up email and a task.
