Steps
1
Name titles across levels
Give three to five titles spanning manager, director, and VP so each account is
multi-threaded, not a single name. The companion runs the most precise source over every account first, then cheaper sources
only on the accounts still short, so credits are not spent twice on the same company. The
people table lands on the canvas linked to the company table.
2
Let it rank, then pick the committee
People scores appear moments after the list lands. To keep the strongest few per account:Everyone stays on the list with a Committee Rank column. Say “keep only the committee” to
trim the rest, and confirm when asked.
3
Bring account context onto each person
4
Enrich phone numbers
5
Export to the dialer
Existing contacts vs new contacts
- “Pull the contacts we’ve spoken with at these accounts” reads your CRM’s associated contacts, with CRM IDs kept. Add “only the ones with logged activity” to keep it to real relationships.
- “Find the VP of Sales at these accounts” discovers new people from the data network.
What happens behind the scenes
Contacts found from a company table carry a link to their account row. That link powers the committee selection per account, the account-column carry-down, and the account-strength part of each person’s score. Export creates a normal Salesfinity contact list, the same kind a CSV upload creates, so everything in the dialer, from Boss Mode to CRM logging, works on it.Prompts to try
