You will end up with: a people table linked to your accounts, ranked, trimmed to a buying committee if you want, with phone numbers where found, exported as a contact list in the dialer. Before you start: a company table on the canvas. Finding people costs credits per row found. Phone and email enrichment cost one credit per row where a number or address is found, and always wait for your approval.

Steps

1

Name titles across levels

Give three to five titles spanning manager, director, and VP so each account is multi-threaded, not a single name.
The companion runs the most precise source over every account first, then cheaper sources only on the accounts still short, so credits are not spent twice on the same company. The people table lands on the canvas linked to the company table.
2

Let it rank, then pick the committee

People scores appear moments after the list lands. To keep the strongest few per account:
Everyone stays on the list with a Committee Rank column. Say “keep only the committee” to trim the rest, and confirm when asked.
3

Bring account context onto each person

Account columns copy down onto people as “Account: Open Deals” and so on, and re-run when you enrich the company table further.
4

Enrich phone numbers

The companion states the row count and shows an approval card. Only rows where a number is found are charged, and landlines and low-grade numbers are discarded before they reach the list. Email works the same way; ask for “work emails” or “personal emails”.
5

Export to the dialer

The list appears in the dialer immediately. Boss Mode can validate the numbers from there.

Existing contacts vs new contacts

  • Pull the contacts we’ve spoken with at these accounts” reads your CRM’s associated contacts, with CRM IDs kept. Add “only the ones with logged activity” to keep it to real relationships.
  • Find the VP of Sales at these accounts” discovers new people from the data network.
The companion routes each phrasing to the right place, so say which one you mean.

What happens behind the scenes

Contacts found from a company table carry a link to their account row. That link powers the committee selection per account, the account-column carry-down, and the account-strength part of each person’s score. Export creates a normal Salesfinity contact list, the same kind a CSV upload creates, so everything in the dialer, from Boss Mode to CRM logging, works on it.
