Steps
1
Start with the people who asked you to call back
These are your warmest calls. Ari can build a list straight from your call history, filtered
by date and by the outcome you logged. What you get: a new contact list in your dialer, with a link to open it. Your team’s
outcome names may differ. If Ari isn’t sure which one you mean, it asks.
2
Add the follow-ups that are due
Your Nurture AI follow-ups can go straight into the dialer too. What you get: a list called “Salesfinity FollowUp Tasks” with a Start dialing link.
Say “my” for your own follow-ups. Managers can say “the team’s” to include everyone’s.
3
Catch the conversations that didn't book
People who talked to you but didn’t book a meeting are worth a second try.
4
Top up with new people (optional)
If the warm lists are short, ask for new prospects and send them to the dialer. When it stops for you: before the phone lookup, Ari shows an approval card with the number
of people. You spend 1 credit per person where a number is found. Not everyone will have one.
When the numbers are in, ask Ari to export the list to the dialer.
5
Load the list you'll call first
The dialer picks it up the next time you open it. If you’re in a calling session right now,
Ari never swaps your list mid-session. The new list loads when the session ends.
Make it a habit
Once the list looks right, ask Ari to do it for you every weekday. Open Routines, create a routine, paste the prompt below, and pick a weekday schedule in the late afternoon. Pick the routine’s mode with care. Read only reads and reports but can’t create lists. Choose Ask me first if you want to approve each list before it’s made. See Give Ari a standing job.Prompts to try
You’re done when
- Your callbacks and due follow-ups are in the dialer as contact lists.
- The list you’ll call first is loaded.
- You know how many people are on each list before you sit down.
