What the score is made of
The Account Score is a number from 0 to 100 assembled from four pillars, and every account keeps the per-signal arithmetic behind its number:
An account with too little data shows no score rather than an invented one. Scores can go
down for good reasons, such as a recent “not interested”, and the breakdown says so.
Steps
1
Score the list
2
Ask why
Never guess at a score. Ask, and the companion reads the stored breakdown.
3
Tune the weights
Weights can be moved per signal or per pillar. The companion re-scores and reports what moved.
4
Create a Scoring Profile
A Scoring Profile is your team’s saved definition of a great account: weighted criteria,
some marked must-have. The companion drafts one for you from what it knows about your
business and your closed-won accounts, then asks a few questions before saving.Expect a draft with labels and weights and two to four follow-ups such as “should an SDR
team of 5+ be a must-have?” Answer them and the profile is created.
5
Score against the profile

Edit the profile as you learn
People scoring
People lists rank themselves moments after they land, using persona fit, each person’s own calling history with your team, the strength of the account around them, and CRM context. Ask for a fresh ranking, a reason, or the buying committee:Prompts to try
